[Spock, noticing that the cub has fallen asleep, shifts their position so that Simba is comfortably cradled in his arms.
He is reluctant to wake or jostle him... however, they could not spend the night outside... it was too cold.
So Spock stood, and started walking with the lion cub in his arms towards the barracks.
Once there he finds the cot that he had not long ago occupied... and sat against the wall. Finding a comfortable position, Spock leans his head back and falls into meditation... ensuring through touch that the cub would have a peaceful, dreamless sleep.
